Appreciate the options, but I'm set for transport as my wife and daughter are coming to both the start and finish of the race.
I'm starting in wave 1, 10:05, and thinking of arriving at 8:45ish... get organized, 15-20 minute warm-up, one last nature break, and into the start corral shortly after 9:45. Anything I'm missing? Also, wondering about pressures on 32C Vittoria Cross tires... it's looking like it should be dry(ish), so I was thinking 65-70 PSI. Thoughts?

You could probably go lower than 65, but I'm not going to recommend it, because if you get a flat you'll blame me.

I'm sure you'd stop and help me to change it, as club etiquette would dictate, so there'd be no blame apportioned. I know you're good like that GC.
